Every piece available on Gallery58 is designed by Paul Seville + Steph Aman & made by hand at our Atelier. This is where we embroider the silks, dye, mould, carve & sculpture the leathers. Nothing is mass produced, absolutely no production runs on our Gallery collections. Each piece is made to the clients specification and individual size when ordered. You can be 100% guaranteed that when you order, our skilled team make by hand your chosen styles. We have been creating this way for our Gallery58 shop since 2012.

We are aware that these pieces are a financial commitment for you & are not a casual purchase. It is our promise & objective to surpass your expectations.

Terms of Sale

All orders are subject to availability. Within 24 hours you will receive an e-mail and an order number confirming that your order has been received and is being processed. This e-mail is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.

Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Steph Aman, Paul Seville or Gallery 58 will be completed when we e-mail you to confirm the goods have been dispatched.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that we do not obtain authorisation for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item or that the item ordered is out of stock. We may refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason, or refuse a service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from the website at any time, whether or not that particular product has been sold out.

Age of consent: Our catalogue contains products of an adult nature. All customers must be 18 years or older. Purchasing from us is acceptance of these terms and confirmation that you are over 18 years old.

Gallery 58 Gift Vouchers

These Gift Vouchers have no cash redemption value and are not refundable, transferable or assignable.
Any unused balance will be recorded in the recipient’s gallery 58 account online.
If the purchase exceeds the amount of the Gift Voucher, the remaining balance can be paid by an alternative method.
Gift Vouchers will expire 12 months from purchase date.
Multiple Gift Vouchers can be used to complete a single transaction.
You can combine a Gift Voucher with any promotion code or other offer.
Gallery 58 is not responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.

Payment Processing

All order payments on this website are processed securely by Paypal Website Payments Standard.

When you have reviewed your order details, you will be redirected to Paypal where you can checkout with any major credit or debit card (including Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, Solo) or pay directly with your Palpal account. You are not required to set-up a Paypal account to process a credit or debit card payment for your order.

Returns Policy

We only accept returns on items that are damaged or is not as described on the Gallery 58 website. If we have in any way fallen below our standards with your order we will personally rectify it or refund the value immediately. Any faulty items should be returned new, unused, and with all packaging, labels & tags still attached within 7 days of receipt of the order. Returns that are worn, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. We take great pride here at the Gallery Studio in creating every unit by hand & nothing is mass production or created on a production line. Each order is individually sculptured to the customers choice in colour & style by a single member of our team & each customer order is created at the same time & with the same batch of leather or roll of silk giving an individual signature to each piece but an overall uniformity to the order. Before dispatch our quality control thoroughly checks & records every product leaving our studio. Due to the bespoke nature of Gallery 58 we advise customers who wish to view or try on a number of styles before making a final decision to please contact us first to see if we can arrange a viewing as we will not be able to accept returns on these sort of purchases.

We do not cover the cost of returning items and are only responsible for them on receipt. Please send by recorded delivery or a courier to safeguard your items. If you have any questions about returns please call us on +44 (0) 1206 842954.

Returns from outside the EU must have customs form and an explicit label stating “RETURNING UNSUITABLE GOODS TO SENDER” We will NOT accept parcels that incur duty charges.

Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
